How it works:
- Click the Trade-in Your Framery Products button
- Take 10 minutes to tell RESEAT a bit about the pods you'd like to trade-in, when you'd like them removed, etc.
- Upload photos to show condition
- Submit and you'll receive an initial confirmation from RESEAT in 24-48 hours
- RESEAT will notify you when we've found a buyer and provide clear instructions for next steps
- RESEAT will work directly with the dealer to pack and ship product(s)
- Credit for sold product can be distributed directly or to the dealer for credits towards your new Framery pods
1. Submit trade-in form
Tell us about your product. We use the information provided to come up with a quote for the product. You can accept or decline the quote.
2. We find a buyer.
Sit tight until we find a buyer for your products. We’ll notify you when we find a buyer and provide clear instructions for next steps.
3. Fulfillment and payment
We’ll work with your dealer to get the product packed and shipped. The credit for the sold product can be distributed to you directly or provided to your preferred dealer for credit on your account.
