How the process works:
With our advanced factory facilities, we are able to remanufacture up to 150 chairs task chairs per week. We ensure that every chair meets the highest standards through the following renewal process:
- Collection & Inspection: We collect your existing office chairs, regardless of their age – whether they’re 5, 10, or even 20 years old.
- Disassembly by Experts: Our skilled chair engineers carefully strip each chair down to its smallest components, cleaning, repairing, and inspecting every element down to each bolt and bracket.
- Reconditioning and reassembly: Using the original components, we are able to reassemble around 80-85% of the chairs from the original batch.
- Quality Check & Warranty: Every remanufactured chair undergoes rigorous quality checks. Once approved, chairs are reboxed and come with a new warranty of up to 5 years, ensuring durability and reliability.
Return & ReInstall: Once the renewal process is complete, we return the chairs to your office, offering you a high-quality, sustainable seating solution at a fraction of the cost of buying new.
